About Us
Emu Park Lions have been supporting the local Emu Park community sine 1974. We know that we are very fortunate to live in one of the nicest parts of the world. While enjoying the fellowship of like minded people we come together to improve the lives of people less fortunate both here in Emu Park and around the world.
The Club supports a Youth Exchange program and Youth of the Year Quest. Local organisations to benefit include the Emu Park Primary School, Keppel Community Care, the Emu Park kindergarten, the historical museum, school chaplaincy, SES, Coastguard, St Vincent’s de Paul Society, SIDS, Blue Care, Baptist Care, Anglicare and many more.

Emu Park Lions run a busy program. Public events include the Picnic Markets in Bell Park on the 3rd Sunday of the Month, Oktoberfest (late October or early November) and Festival of the Wind ( Easter school holidays). Each year we donate more than $25,000 to local organisations and world wide charities. Membership is open to all members of the community in good standing. We meet at the Lion’s Youth Shack, Hill Street (near Fisherman’s Beach boat ramp) on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7pm. It’s not all work. The club has a fun socal program. If you are new to Emu Park this is a great way to make connections. Visitors are most welcome. To inquire about membership see Kerry Kay at the Post Office or call Bill Moore on 4938 7849
