This DECEMBER dinner meeting for December has been moved to coincide with the DG visit. We have a huge night planned with several inductions of new members. Please ensure you arrive early for this meeting. 6:30pm for 7:00pm start.
All Members are urged to make sure they are here this night and to cater extra for the visitors.
The regular DECEMBER Dinner Meeting will not be held on the third Tuesday this month.
The December General Meeting now held on 10 Dec.
Dinner meetings are held once per month. In the event that a social event has been held within a week or so, the dinner meeting may be not held. Generally though the third Tuesday is set aside for dinner meetings.
On dinner meeting evening members usually bring along a pot luck meal. Guests are allowed as well as prospective members. Please ensure if you are bringing a guest that you let the president know so that we can be certain they will be well catered.
The evening will start with members and guests arriving around 6:30PM. This allows time for fellowship and introductions. At 7:00PM (sharpish) the meeting will officially open. After a few formalities we will get started on our meal.
After the meal will be Tail Twisting, guest speakers if available and hopefully inductions of new members.
